Purpose of the Role:

We work on millions of pixels every second, helping brands and businesses create a magical visual communication and engagement with their customers for their products. By heading the Digital Solution Sales, you will have to develop new customer base across the target markets (domestic and international). Prepare Business plans & strategies to achieve the organizational objectives on the growth of the digital function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify/create new business opportunities and develop new markets, new territory, new offerings, and strategic partnerships in solution space for business growthand strategic partnerships in the digital retail and digital customer experience space.
- Identifying large brands in the FMCG / eCommerce / Lifestyle / Beverages / Media / EdTech / Pharma / Home Improvements segments and selling Pre Media and Digitisation solutions.
- Identifying new digital trends and co-ordinating with the operations / product development for relevant solutions.
- Responsible for annual sales budgets by implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the sales target.
- Management of sales team, coordination and build sales pipeline, collections, compliance to customer on-boarding process, and customer satisfaction.
Qualification/ Required Knowledge:
- You’re a graduate or a postgraduate and must have at least 15 years of sales experience in a similar function within the FMCG/Retail/Pre Media with focus on digitization / eCommerce.
- Experience selling digitisation solutions to the large brands in the FMCG / eCommerce / Lifestyle / Media / Home Improvements, etc. in the international market is a huge plus.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
